The return‑exchange window is 15 days upon receipt of goods, and proof of purchase is required.

Non‑custom items are eligible for full refund via return or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

Personalized/custom‑made items cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference. We will promptly resolve issues if custom products have manufacturing defects. Return shipping will be covered by us for returns caused by our errors, such as wrong shipments or product quality flaws.

For non‑custom items, we will notify you of the refund review result after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within approximately one week. Return and exchange requests will not be accepted 15 days after receipt of goods.
